Shortcomings in planning and construction such as insufficient concrete quality, concrete cover that is too low, cracks, faulty seals and drainage lead to unscheduled premature damage of reinforced concrete structures. Usually, the owner or operator first reacts when damage is evident in the form of flaking and rust stains.

On your behalf we perform the necessary restoration work according to the Restoration Guideline of the German Committee for Reinforced Concrete (DAfStb). Besides the methods of restoration in Part 1 of the guideline, Part 2 specifies the construction products (materials and systems) to be used in the restoration work.

We use exclusively approved products and systems made by renowned manufacturers such as StoCretec, Disbon/Caparol etc. This and careful application methods guarantee durable restoration without premature “restoration of the restoration” at some future date.
